Maurice Levy’s Ycor Makes Offer For Sizmek, Says It Outbid Amazon

In a surprise development, Publicis Chairman Maurice Levy’s personal holding company, Ycor, has made a bid to acquire web ad server Sizmek. Terms of the bid were not disclosed, but in a statement
released early this morning by Ycor’s Weborama unit, the company said it is higher than Amazon’s bid.
