Meta Names Dentsu WhatsApp Business Solution Provider

Meta has named Dentsu its customer-relationship solution provider for WhatsApp’s business arm. Initially launching in the UK, WhatsApp Business users will be able to manage access to their accounts,
including analytics and optimization tools powered by Merkle, Dentsu’s customer experience management company.
